Your Locations Stay Protected
Sky Explorer was designed to encrypt and safeguard your information by default
Built using Apple’s security and encryption
Sky Explorer was fundamentally designed to keep all of your data on your devices only, and encrypted by default. Your data is only readable when your device is unlocked by FaceID, TouchID or your Passcode, and only syncs through Apple’s iCloud.
It’s your Data, Forever
Your pins, searches and lists never leave your device, except when syncing to your other devices, or when YOU choose to send them. This information is never sent to the app developer, or any third parties.
Sky Explorer defaults to the most secure transfer methods, but allows you to send un-encrypted transfers to anyone via email, text message and more.
You always have the freedom to export your pins at any time. This is your data and we believe you have the right to do whatever you like with it.
Customize your heart out
An app that follows your lead
Sky Explorer’s interface and controls were designed to let you decide how much of the interface you want to see, where to start you journeys, who to send your pins and snapshots to, and so much more.
Inspiring your next move
Tailor the view for the things you like to do with the app, from discovering new places, to free-flying for fun, or searching for that last scavenger hunt item; you can set Sky Explorer up to show you the most, or get out of the way!
